It’s been a while since I’ve been to Prague, but since I’m in Germany again I started thinking about how beautiful this city is. I knew I wanted to see Prague from the moment I arrived in Germany as an Army Specialist in 2007. When I finally traveled to Prague a year later, the city left an impression on me that I will never forget. Prague Castle, seen above in the background, is the star of the city. Founded in the ninth century, it is listed in the Guinness Book of World Records as the largest ancient castle in the world. There is a long ancient history behind Prague Castle, but sometimes it’s time to just take a break from the history lesson and stand back and admire the beauty.
